RQMP® Risk & Quality Management Professional® certification program is a global credential certification that recognizes professionals who require a general understanding about the application, value and benefits derived from the use of risk and quality management in the effective management and oversight of projects and programs within their organizations. Effective risk mitigation, risk assessment, risk control and quality control increases the likelihood of projects being executed on time, within budget and of top quality.

The RQMP® Risk & Quality Management Professional® is a 3 (three) day program offered to Program Controllers, Project Managers, Risk Professionals, Quality Professionals, Finance Professionals, Analysts, PMPs, Engineers, Managers, Project Team Members and any professional interested in improving the quality of their products, projects and services while managing and effectively mitigating the very risks that can impact the quality of deliverables, and overall project success. All participants will complete a project using risk and quality management best practices and industry standards.

MY RQMP® STRATEGY PLAYBOOK™

Sixty (60) Professional Development Units (PDUs) is awarded for completion of the RQMP® certification which includes 24 hours of in-class instruction and 36 hours to complete the “My RQMP Strategy Playbook” which comprises of ten exercises. A score of 80% on the “My RQMP Strategy Playbook” is the requirement for RQMP® certification and completion of assigned case studies and group exercises.
