CPCP™ OUTLINE & CURRICULUM – 10 MODULES:

The CPCP™ Certified Project Control Professional™ credential certification consists of TEN modules and the modules are namely: (1), My CPCP™ Certified Project Control Professional™ Top Ten Tasks (2), Organization (3), Planning and Scheduling (4), Cost Estimating,  Budgeting, Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) & Control Accounts (5), Earned Value Management, Project Control and EIA 748-D Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standards implementation (6), Risk Control (7), Quality Control (8), Fraud Prevention & Control, (9), Change Management (10) Contract Management, Claims and Disputes

CPCP™ DAILY SCHEDULE OF TRAINING AND EXAM ON DAY 5:

Days 1, 2, 3: Instruction for Modules 1 through 10 | Day 4: Independent study and CPCP™ Certified Project Control Professional™ examination preparation |   Day 5: On Day 5, all participants will complete a four hour examination comprising of 10 questions. A passing grade of 80% is required to earn CPCP™ Certified Project Control Professional™ credential certification.
