The ChPCO® Chief Project Control Officer® is responsible for overall Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and application of EVMS bench marks, best practices and industry standards across all projects, programs and organizations.
The ChPCO® Chief Project Control Officer® is responsible for overall risk development, risk control, risk accuracy and forecasting.

“My ChPCO Strategy Playbook™” is based on completing ten exercises based on the ten modules covered. All templates and forms for your “My ChPCO Strategy Playbook™” will be provided.
