The EVMO™ Earned Value Management Officer™ credential certification program is an intensive and advanced Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) skills and competencies building program designed to develop the advanced knowledge base of Senior-level EVMS project control personnel in the application of advanced earned value management system (EVMS) oversight, EVMS accountability, EVMS transparency, EVMS controls, EVMS compliance monitoring and EVMS surveillance and execution on projects.

EVMO™ Earned Value Management Officer™s enforce and ensure full compliance of an organization’s Earned Value Management System (EVMS) with the EIA 748-D Industry Standards and are responsible for the delivery of effective/efficient EVMS surveillance and monitoring.

Upon completion of the EVMO™ Earned Value Management Officer™ program, all EVMO™ Earned Value Management Officer™ participants will be able, ready and capable of effectively and efficiently implementing comprehensive EVMS surveillance, execution, control and monitoring on a Program or Project and at the orgaizational level and ensure full compliance with the EIA 748-D EVMS Industry Standards and Surveillance
